WGGB is an active guild of over 200 individuals committed to enhancing their weaving and spinning skills, building community with like-minded people, and educating others. Members represent all levels of weaving and spinning proficiency, as well as interest in other fiber arts.  The Guild thrives on this diversity and all are encouraged to join, participate and volunteer.  Some of the benefits of membership are described below.

I weave and spin because the process brings me joy.  For me, it is a physical manifestation of mindfulness.  The WGGB provides me with a group of like-minded folks to learn from and socialize with. I am very grateful to be a member of this guild!

I have been a member of the Guild since 1985 when I was a new weaver and a mom with babies. I joined a study group that provided me with a wonderful group of experienced weaving friends and mentors.
