Workshops 2024-2025

Courses by experts, taught locally at the Arts Center or online from the comfort of your home

Explore Fiber Arts Horizons

Several times a year, WGGB brings widely recognized weaving and spinning instructors to the guild to conduct workshops.  These workshops generally are 2 days in length, but are often shorter, and allow guild members to focus on a particular technique in weaving, spinning and other fiber arts.  Workshops usually are held at the Howard County Arts Center, but can also be taught virtually via Zoom.

Students supply their own equipment though instructors may provide materials, sometimes at additional cost.  Members may rent equipment from the Guild.

Non-members may be allowed to attend if space permits.  For SOLD OUT classes, please send an email to wggb@wggb.org to be put on a waiting list.
